Nasrine Kheltent, artiste indépendante, basée à Bruxelles, élabore ses créations à la frontière du cinéma, de la performance et de l’installation. Diplômée d’un Master en Arts visuels et de l’espace – spécialisation Art dans l’Espace Public à l’Académie Royale des Beaux Arts de Bruxelles (2017) et d’une licence en Arts et chorégraphie à l’Institut supérieur des Arts et Chorégraphies (ISAC 2015), formée à la gestion de production cinématographique (Université Ibn Zohr Ouarzazate, Maroc) cet artiste favorise l’interaction entre différentes disciplines et techniques. C’est en Belgique que Nasrine questionne et résout les problématiques artistiques et institutionnelles liées aux relations culturelles internationales. Depuis 2019, membre administratrice de La Chambre de l’Art et de la Culture Euroméditéranéenne, elle initie dans cet espace d’exposition avec Ahmad Aminian et Yvon Goossens des projets favorisant l’expression artistique, l’échange des savoirs, le développement de la connaissance et le dialogue interculturel. Par ailleurs, éveillée aux relations internationales, elle perpétue des allers-retours entre la Belgique et le Maroc, où elle réalise et présente divers projets artistiques. En 2019 l’œuvre “L’essence du bonheur”, projet pluridisciplinaire (performance, vidéo, peinture) à propos du Grand théâtre de Tanger, un symbole politique de l’architecture espagnole au Maroc, a été joué et exposé avant-première au festival Kanal-Pompidou à Bruxelles, au Youmein Festival de Tanger, à Anima Mundi Vision Exhibition in Venice, Africa Night au Centre culturel de Eupen.
En tant que vidéaste, Nasrine s’inspire des événements qui font société et de leurs expressions/ manifestations à travers les arts. Son travail de fin d’études, fictionnel et conceptuel, montrait les conditions post-industrielles de Monsin, une presqu’île liégeoise, à travers une vidéo-installation. Cela présentait le déclin d’une ville industrielle qui a autrefois gagné en prospérité dont l’Exposition Internationale des Techniques de l’Eau de 1939 témoigne de son essor. Cette oeuvre a été finalisée et délivrée, une première fois à l’Escaut, coopérative d’Architectes bruxelloise et ensuite à différents événements artistiques : Art Week of Casablanca, Maroc / Cerdica Galery, Sofia, Bulgarie / Young Marocan Artist, Sugler Buel Galery, London UK/ …
Nasrine s’intéresse par ailleurs au médium ulmique ainsi qu’à divers procédés alchimiques et aux événements affectant la matière (enthropie, synchronicité, récurrence, alliage, résistance,…). L’art est un prisme au travers lequel investir la mémoire.

Nasrine Kheltent, an independent artist based in Brussels, elaborates her creations at the border of cinema, performance and installation. Graduated with a Master’s degree in Visual and Spatial Arts – specialization in Art in the Public Space at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels (2017) and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Choreography at the Higher Institute of Arts and Choreography (ISAC 2015), trained in film production management (University Ibn Zohr Ouarzazate, Morocco) this artist favors the interaction between different disciplines and techniques. It is in Belgium that Nasrine questions and resolves artistic and institutional issues related to international cultural relations. Since 2019, administrative member of the Euromediterranean Chamber of Art and Culture, she initiates in this exhibition space with Ahmad Aminian and Yvon Goossens projects promoting artistic expression, knowledge exchange, development of knowledge and intercultural dialogue. Moreover, alert to international relations, she perpetuates back and forth between Belgium and Morocco, where she realizes and presents various artistic projects. In 2019 the work “The Essence of happiness”, a multidisciplinary project (performance, video, painting) about the Grand Theater of Tangier, a political symbol of Spanish architecture in Morocco, was performed and preview at the Kanal-Pompidou festival in Brussels, at the Youmein Festival in Tangier, at Anima Mundi Vision Exhibition in Venice, at the Africa Night at the Eupen Cultural Center.
As a videographer, Nasrine is inspired by events that make society and their expression/ manifestations through the arts. Her graduation work, fictional and conceptual, showed the post-industrial conditions of Monsin, a peninsula in Liège, through a video-installation. It presented the decline of a once prosperous industrial town, whose rise was witnessed by the 1939 International Exhibition of Water Techniques. This work was finalized and delivered, for the first time to l’Escaut, a cooperative of Brussels architects.
Nasrine is also interested in the ulmic medium as well as in various alchemical processes and events affecting matter (enthropy, synchronicity, recurrence, alloying, resistance,…). Art is a prism through which to invest memory.
